Staff Domain Ranks Among the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia 2026

by Justin Pavsic, Co-Founder and CEO, Staff Domain

Staff Domain has been named among the 2026 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list, published by Fortune in collaboration with Great Place To Work®. The ranking comes from confidential employee surveys and marks our seventh recognition for 2026. One award can be a good year. Seven, from awarding bodies that each measure a workplace their own way, say we’re doing something right. Staff Domain is an employer of choice, and our people choose to stay.

The people the survey measured include the specialists working inside our clients’ businesses every day. If you’re deciding where to build a team, their experience of us becomes your experience of them.

The Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia List

The list ranks 100 companies across Southeast Asia on one thing: what their own employees say about working there. Great Place To Work runs a confidential survey on trust in leadership, fairness in pay and promotion, and pride in the work. Leadership has no hand in the score, and no company can write its way on.

The bar is high. The survey checks that the experience holds across roles and groups, not only at head office. This year’s list drew on 1,322,537 employees, 695,437 of them in the Philippines, and 54 of the 100 companies were surveyed here, the most of any country. On last year’s inaugural list, the companies ranked scored 80% to 92% on the Trust Index against a regional average of 67%.

Staff Domain placed 68th out of the 100 companies listed, sharing the spotlight with the likes of Hilton, Cisco, American Express, and Atlassian.

Seven recognitions in one year, measured three different ways

Fortune caps a year of seven recognitions for Staff Domain. The methods behind them differ, and that difference is the point.

Two come straight from our employees. Our Great Place To Work® Certification, now in its fourth consecutive year, and the Fortune list both rest on the same confidential survey.

Three come from HR Asia. We were named among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026 (Philippines), and also received the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award and the People Transformation Award. HR Asia starts with its own employee engagement survey, then puts companies before a panel of industry experts, academics, and journalists. Its category awards are open only to companies that first win Best Companies.

Two come from the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, presented in Paris this October. We took Gold for Talent Acquisition & Retention and Silver for Employer of the Year. Panels of judges reviewed our entries against companies from around the world.

Each body measured us in its own way, and each reached the same answer.

Research on the US Fortune list explains why that matters. Wharton’s Alex Edmans found that employee satisfaction is not a fixed trait, so each year’s list carries new information.

A workplace has to keep earning its place, year after year.

What does an employer of choice mean for your business?

This is the part that matters if you’re weighing where to build your team.

Staff Domain’s specialists in the Philippines are employed by a Philippine-registered company, under Philippine law, with statutory benefits in full. How we treat them shapes how they show up for you. That link is direct, and it shows up in three places:

Continuity
Staff Domain’s attrition rate is 7%. When people stay, what they know about your clients, systems, and standards stays with them. You don’t relearn your own business every time a seat turns over.

Your training investment
You teach a new hire your work, as you would anyone you employ. We prepare them for the embedded arrangement, but the role is yours to train. When someone leaves, that investment leaves with them. Retention protects what you’ve already put in.

Commitment you can’t contract for
A 2025 Great Place To Work study of more than 158,000 Australian workers found that once trust erodes, only 38% want to stay, even at high-performing workplaces. Trust is what the Fortune list measures, through Great Place To Work’s Trust Index survey. Fortune’s own analysis adds that employees in the Philippines put wellbeing and appreciation for their work first, which is where our people gave us their scores.

That’s what these recognitions mean for your business. The specialist you onboard this year is far more likely to still be with you next year, and better at the job.

Three questions to ask any staffing partner about retention

No award guarantees a single hire. Finding a good partner means putting in the work and due diligence to find one that matches your needs, goals, and values.

Use these with any provider you’re considering, including us:

  1. What is your attrition rate, and how is it measured?
A provider that won’t give you a number is telling you something.

  2. Who measures your staff experience, and are they independent of you?
An internal pulse survey is useful, but it isn’t evidence a client can rely on.

  3. Are the people working on client accounts included?
This is the one that matters most. Head office culture means little if the specialist on your account sits outside it.

Our answers are on this page.

The smart place to grow

With more than 700 specialists deployed for Australian and US clients, our people’s growth and our clients’ success move together. Career growth is only part of it. This year’s recognitions also covered how we recruit, how we keep people, how we build a fair and inclusive workplace, and how we lead people through change. Get those right and your team stays steady. We want Staff Domain to remain the smart place to grow a career, and seven independent verdicts say we’re on the right track.
