Established in 2018 by Justin Pavsic and Ben Rajah, Staff Domain was the result of the founders’ personal experience with offshoring services.
Justin was running several businesses, including an e-commerce venture that was ready to scale. During that time, a conversation at an industry event introduced him to offshore staffing as a solution to his then-growing talent constraints —an interest that led to a trip to the Philippines and eventually to working with a local BPO provider for their operational needs.
The new set-up worked for a time, until the gaps in the service became clear: limited transparency, inconsistent quality, minimal investment in staff, and infrastructure that was not designed for long-term performance.

The team grew to approximately 50 within the first year, then reached 100 staff in 2019. This milestone led to the development of the office in Cyberscape Gamma, a purpose-built headquarters designed to support 300 staff.
