FTE (Full-Time Equivalent)

A unit measuring one full-time employee’s workload. In offshore staffing, pricing is typically quoted per FTE per month. One FTE = 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Mandatory annual bonus equal to 1/12 of total basic salary earned during the calendar year. Required by Presidential Decree 851 β€” legally mandated, not discretionary. Must be paid by 24 December.
