Staff Domain, a top bpo that helps businesses worldwide outsource offshore to Philippines and South Africa, is proud to reveal it is now certified as a Great Place to Work in the Philippines.
An overall score of 81% in the Great Place to Work Trust Index earnt Staff Domain the title, hot on the heels of our Stevie Award 2023 win.
We would argue our South African office is a Great Place to Work too, however, the certification doesn’t exist there as yet so we can only crown one market for now.
The Great Place to Work Trust Index is based on an employee survey that rates the core areas of organisation culture on which trust is built, based on staff experience and perception. These areas include:
One of the many highlights of the certification process was that 90% of our staff believe we treat people fairly regardless of race, age, sex, and gender. In a corporate world where psychological safety is on top of the agenda we are truly happy to see that on these critical areas, our people feel safe. This is fundamental to any individual’s ability to lead a happy life and perform at their best level at work.

An achievement worth celebrating
In true Staff Domain style, the team marked the occasion with a party at head office in Ortigas. The Accoustic party included performances from the musicians on the team, including unofficial musicians with a penchant for Karaoke! Those unable to attend joined in via Facebook Live or enjoyed a small tea party of their own at one of the four other Staff Domain offices.
