We have fair employment contracts

Staff Domain’s employees are provided with full-time employment contracts, similar to those used in developed nations like Australia, the US or the UK. These contracts are legally compliant in their respective countries of operation and align with Staff Domain’s corporate standards. These contracts aim to protect the rights of employees, promote job security, and provide a solid foundation for a mutually beneficial employment relationship whilst safeguarding the rights and protections entitled to employees under local laws. They include:

– Clear Terms and Conditions: These include details about job responsibilities, working hours, compensation, benefits, leave entitlements, non-compete clauses, confidentiality agreements, and other relevant terms. By clearly defining these aspects, employees have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations within the employment relationship.

– Non-Exclusivity: Staff Domain’s employment contracts do not impose exclusivity on employees.
