Staff Domain Manila is housed in a state-of-the-art facility, designed and developed by The Philippines’ office development organisation also behind the design of the local Google offices. With one whole floor to accommodate 350 seats, three production spaces, two boardrooms, several training rooms, a medical clinic, kitchen and recreational spaces where our staff can unwind during their breaks.
The on-site nurses’ area is located along the hallway near the production floors, making it highly accessible to employees who would need medical attention before, during or even after their shift. A licensed nurse is on-standby at all times.
We also have recreational areas situated near the main entrance and the pantry. This enables our employees to have a little chat with their fellow colleagues during lunch and coffee breaks. Our pantry comes with a 55 inch SMART television that lets our workforce stream their favourite online content, too.
We only equip our employees with top-tier equipment from reputable and leading brands like DELL, Datto, Apple, NEC and Samsung. Plus, we provide them with spacious open-office workspaces, ergonomic workstations and chairs—a world-class collaboration set-up that promotes teamwork,camaraderie and superb comfort.
Our employees utilise all-in-one, space-saving desktop computers equipped with large dual monitors for optimum productivity.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we’re able to roll out temporary work-from-home arrangements to ensure our client’s business continuity and safety of our staff. We shipped company-issued computers, alongside Internet connectivity devices, to our employees’ homes.
Not only does this short-term flexible working arrangement help keep our and clients’ business operations afloat, but this also speaks volumes of how we remain 100% operational amid trying times.
Staff Domain Manila is just a stone’s throw away from leading international hotels like Marco Polo and EDSA Shangri-La. This means finding a great place to stay in each time you visit your team here will be easy.
