Justin Pavsic
CEO & Co-Founder

Justin is an offshore outsourcing industry leader who has helped grow small and medium businesses around the world. He saw an opportunity to transform an industry that was built on “cheap salaries” and poor work conditions and embraced it. He believes positive employee experiences and strong organisational culture are imperative for healthy organisations.

He built Staff Domain on this ethos, an offshore outsourcing company that offers a brilliant workplace, career opportunities and a positive, world class employee experience. The Staff Domain culture is behind its ability to attract and retain top talent in the Philippines and South Africa for their small and medium business clients.

Since establishing the business in 2017, Justin has led it to unprecedented growth with multiple offices around the world and hundreds of staff. The master of problem solving and poster boy for ‘stay calm’, he led his team through COVID lockdowns, setting up his team to work from home in some incredibly remote parts of Manila in just one day with zero down time for his staff – and clients.

Justin is a true global citizen regularly traveling between Las Vegas, Sydney, The Philippines and South Africa. He now calls Slovenia home.

Ben Rajah
CFO & Co-Founder

Ben makes bean-counting seem like the most exciting profession in the world. His passion for finance is infectious and his insight is invaluable.

A management accountant with 30 years of experience, Ben has worked for leading Australian brands in-house, as well as in his small practice. Ben brings small to medium businesses an exceptional perspective when it comes to growing with offshoring. Not only as a business owner but as a management accountant who has helped small to medium businesses grow for many years.

Ben works with clients to calculate and measure where offshoring will have the greatest impact on their business. He assists clients in modeling that demonstrates expected financial results and is a constant source of inspiration and ideas for those who work with him.

Ben is based out of the Staff Domain office in Homebush but frequently travels to Staff Domain’s offshoring offices around the world. When he’s not seeing clients, he is working on Staff Domain’s own growth strategies and financial obligations.

Melissa Bachmann
Head of Growth
Mel is an accomplished and dynamic sales leader with a proven track record of success across various industries, including media, entertainment, and insurance. With extensive experience in leading sales teams, Mel possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies and challenges associated with driving revenue growth in diverse business environments.
Before joining Staff Domain, Mel embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, where she founded and successfully exited her own ecommerce brand. Over a span of four years, she navigated the complexities of building and scaling a business. This firsthand experience as a business owner allows Mel to bring a unique perspective to her role as a sales leader, understanding the demands and pressures faced by SMB’s and empathizing with their needs.
Mel is fuelled by her passion for cultivating long-term business relationships that are mutually beneficial and contribute to sustainable growth for all parties involved. She recognizes the value of nurturing client connections beyond short-term transactions, placing an emphasis on establishing trust, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing tailored solutions that align with the goals and objectives of her clients.
With her exceptional communication skills and innate ability to connect with people, Mel excels in building rapport and establishing rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike. Ian is a resolute Business Development Manager with over 4 years of experience. His background is in the entertainment and sports industry, where he conceptualised sales and marketing strategies for learning management systems. However, Ian ultimately found his calling in helping SMEs scale their businesses and reach their goals with offshore outsourcing.
