Staff Domain’s growth mantra manifested for ten top performers recently, with the completion and attainment of a Leadership Certification. The Staff Domain certification is based upon core modules of the Breakthrough Learning Strategic Management and Development Certificate, as developed and recognized by the HR Association of the Philippines.
The Staff Domain Leadership Certificate was designed and delivered over five days by Ryan Mamalateo, a longstanding member of the Association. It provides high performing employees with an opportunity to grow their skills and progress their careers. The completed modules are recognized by the Association, and count towards the Breakthrough Learning Strategic Management and Development Certificate, should they wish to complete it.
