Since establishing the business in 2017, Justin has led it to unprecedented growth with multiple offices around the world and hundreds of staff. The master of problem solving and poster boy for ‘stay calm’, he led his team through COVID lockdowns, setting up his team to work from home in some incredibly remote parts of Manila in just one day with zero down time for his staff – and clients.
Justin is a true global citizen regularly traveling between Las Vegas, Sydney, The Philippines and South Africa. He now calls Slovenia home.

A management accountant with 30 years of experience, Ben has worked for leading Australian brands in-house, as well as in his small practice. Not only as a business owner but as a management accountant who has helped small to medium businesses grow for many years.

Ben is based out of the Staff Domain office in Homebush but frequently travels to Staff Domain’s offshoring offices around the world. When he’s not seeing clients, he is working on Staff Domain’s own growth strategies and financial obligations.
