Our initiatives can go beyond monetary donations. One of our goals is to create and implement programs that encourage genuine engagement and connection between our workforce and the communities we support. We aim to immerse our team and partners in projects that address community needs that allow everyone to be involved and become genuine catalysts for transformation.
We believe that education is a crucial foundation in a progressive society. Hence, we want to create equal opportunities for every student, regardless of their background. This support will serve as the armour and weapon for these children to encourage them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
By supporting a student’s education today, we are not just providing books or tuition, we are opening doors to dreams they have yet to realise.
The School Hero Program provides educational support for students to pursue their education from elementary to high school. To date, we provided scholarships to 40 students at Riversprings School Inc. in Pasig City, Manila.
Building on this foundation, the GradPact Program is our extended support to Riversprings School Inc. graduates. It helps students earn their degrees to find immediate employment. GradPact specifically assists graduates from our partner school who are pursuing college education at local universities. It offers scholarships to help them overcome financial barriers and complete their studies. Additionally, the program provides internship opportunities with us, equipping students with the necessary training to secure full-time jobs.
Until 2024, Staff Domain, through education support programs achieved 40 sponsored students for School Hero and 3 university students for GradPact. We aim to have more children achieve their dreams. Fill up the form if you wish to sponsor a student and submit it to ImmerSD@staffdomain.com.
Staff Domain kicked off Halloween festivities early this year! To foster engagement among our employees, sponsored students, teachers, and their families, we invited everyone to our Family Day Celebration on October 12, 2024, at Star City in Pasay City. Attendees enjoyed thrilling rides and complimentary meals, creating a day filled with excitement, bonding, and lasting memories.
We are proud to have supported our first group of scholars from the Jesus Loves the Little Children Foundation in February 2020. This initiative reflects our dedication to nurturing each child’s potential and contributing to a brighter future for everyone.
In response to the needs stemming from the Taal Volcano eruption in 2020, the SD team has shown unity by donating to the victims in coordination with Akbayanihan Foundation Inc. This contribution aims to provide vital assistance to the affected communities.
